The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not properly cleaned and were only serviced upon request, with some odd smells creeping in. However, the service, after some persistence, turned out to be accommodating. The location, though a bit challenging to navigate on foot, was convenient for city amenities and a good base for exploring Inverness. The dining hours were a bit restrictive, but the food quality was delightful. Overall, a mixed but somewhat satisfactory stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and had everything I needed, and the price of £70 for the top floor was reasonable value for money. The service was exceptional, with personal provisions made for my late check-in and a chest of drawers brought to my room upon request. The location near Inverness town center made it convenient to explore the city on foot, though I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom condition. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with friendly staff and city amenities within walking distance.
